The Opportunity:
 For the META region, we are now looking for a Commercial Finance Manager. The Finance Director for China, India, and META will receive reports from this permanent post. The role's main responsibilities include helping to prepare the budget and projection, monthly sales and P&L reports, and ad hoc projects that are necessary to further the Region Commercial Finance Lead's growth.
 Responsibilities: 
• Participate in the annual customer negotiation with the sales team. 
• Understanding the levers that drive channel and client profitability and assisting the business in doing so. 
• In charge of keeping track of all signed copies and lists of all contracts (with athletes, customers, and others). 
• Monitor inventory reports from wholesalers and customers. 
• Help with the ROI computation for trade, marketing, and commercial expenditures. 
• Assemble and manage several value chains for various trade channels. 
• NPD profitability and costing. 
• The business's month-end closing. 
• Assist the marketing team in controlling expenses and determining return on investment. 
• Command over the META entity's budget and forecast overheads.
 • Oversee the META entity's budget and forecast cycle.
  Work together with the region's marketing and sales team in:
• Obtaining Budget/projection sales projection details.
 • Obtaining the plan's data on marketing expenses. 
• The plan and actions for overhead. 
• Collaborate with the company to continuously evaluate possibilities and risks. 
• Collaborate with the company to guarantee that all of the budgeted initiatives are proceeding as planned. Trade expenditure management for customers It is your responsibility to make sure that every claim settlement is finished accurately and on schedule. 
• Claim Processing and Review: Examine each and every claim for FDM, Specialty, and Online Channel that has been received from National Distributors or Customers.
 • Reconciliation on a regular basis and reporting of actuals without delays.
 • Track sales orders, CPT balances, and budget, forecast, and latest estimate. 
• Create and provide the commercial team with a monthly commercial pack that includes the analysis. 
• Monitoring monthly variance analysis and actual costs in comparison to the budget. 
• The legal entity's monthly reconciliation with the commercial pack, which is then compared to forecasts and budgets.
 • Collaborate with the EMEA Controls Team to guarantee adherence to the Group accounting and provisioning procedures.
 • Assist the business with any reporting required by local regulations, such as ESRs and Stat Audits. 
The Skills you will bring to the team: 
• Certified accountant with seven to eight years of post-degree experience working for MNC CPG or large distribution houses.
 • Working knowledge of accounting and commercial finance.
 • Proficiency in reading, writing, and oral English along with strong communication abilities.
• Proficiency in utilising SAP financial planning, analysis, and reporting instruments. 
• A hands-on operator who takes initiative to do tasks autonomously and with little guidance.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for details and desired results.
 • Strong reporting, accounting, and analytical abilities. 
• Outstanding analytical abilities that enable the identification and resolution of challenging analytical issues as well as the timely and on-demand drawing of conclusions from data analysis.
